All portraits are painted on stretched canvas with acrylic paint. They are painted around the edges and are suitable for hanging with or without framing.

I typically use traditional 3/4" deep canvas but can use gallery stretched canvas which is 1.5" deep if your prefer. Please see the price list for my current portrait commission rates.

To commission a portrait, please contact me directly and send me a picture(s) of the animal and we can discuss the creation of your portrait.

The time it takes me to finish portraits varies and largely depends on how many commissions I am working on. Please let me know if the portrait you would like to order is needed by a certain date. I do also have gift certificates available if you would like to give a portrait as a gift.
